Introduction to horsetail lining cloth The natural horsetail is a kind of materials with high elasticity,softness but sturdiness. So the horsetail lining cloth made of horsetailis the necessary accessories for western suits. It is a kind ofplain cloth made of cotton yarn or T/C yarn as warp and whole goodspring natural horsetail hair as weft. In 1994, by cooperation with TianjinTextile Institute, we developed the new techniques of the finishingof horsetail lining cloth, which filled up the domestic vacancyin this field. After the fixation and finishing of the horsetaillining cloth, the horse tail in the fabric will have a regular forniciform,the warp is inlayed in the grooves of the horse tails, which haschanged from straight clubbed shape to bending spring. Thus preventthe slipping of both the yarn and the horse tails. Furthermore,the spring-shaped horse tails have much higher elasticity and ismore difficult to be out of shape. Therefore, the garment made ofhorsetail lining cloth get characteristics as: softness, high elasticity,wrinklefree, elegance but sturdiness so it will look fitting, smooth,elastic and never losing shape. The horsetail lining cloth after special treatment-non-formaldehydefinishing, will have no surging under the 245N tension, and haveless than 1% shrinkage rate after dry-cleaning, less than 1% ofironing rate, and they possess good permeability. The suits made of horsetail lining cloth could fit any requiredbody shape. The horsetail lining cloth could make the suits plim,submissive, wrinkle-proofing and finalizing the design permanently. |
| Introduction to core-spunhorsetail lining cloth Core-spun horsetail cloth is a kind of never-ending yarn spun bythree-cord cotton thread with the horsetail. The core-spun horsetaillining cloth takes the cotton yarn as warp, and core-spun horsetailcloth as weft. Compared with horsetail lining cloth, it is wider,thicker, more elastic. So it is better to act as material of shoulderpads, wind coats, over coats, full dress, military suits, etc. andit could be used together with horsetail lining cloth. Hair Interlining adopts wool and camel hair as the raw materialsand is processed with special finishing. It can also be made withhorse hair core-spun yarns and chemical filament fiber. Due to itsparticular structures and the adoption of sizing and resin finishingof base cloth, the finished interlining boasts anisotropic features.It bears excellent drapability warp-wise and distinguished elasticityweft-wise. Besides, the interlining is characteristic of a softhandle and excellent shape retention. The shrinkage after dry washand water wash is both unnoticeable, compared to that of pure woolor blended fabrics. The hair interlining can be adopted as the frontinterlining, bias strip and cuff interlining of top-grade businesssuits, ceremonial dresses and suits. |
